Diagnosis
The system could not fully load the workbook you selected to open. Theworkbook was saved in a compressed form and cannot be decompressed; thisis because the Microsoft Visual J# .NET package was not installed.

System Response
The workbook will be loaded without BEx objects and cannot be refreshed.

Procedure
To be able to load the workbook, you must install the Microsoft VisualJ# .NET Redistributable Package.
