Diagnosis
New rows can only be entered in the current query view when values are u
pdated or there are no structures in the rows. In the current view,structure &V1& is in the rows.

System Response
New rows cannot be entered.

Procedure
To enter new rows, fix a single value filter to the structure and remove
this from the drilldown.
