Diagnosis
New rows can only be entered in the current query view when values are u
pdated or characteristics are not drilled down in the columns. In thecurrent view, characteristic &V1& is drilled down in the columns.

System Response
New rows cannot be entered.

Procedure
To enter new rows, remove the drilldown for the characteristic in the co
lumns.
