Diagnosis
The Visual Basic project for the workbook is locked for viewing with apassword.

Procedure
To unlock the project, navigate from the workbook to the Visual Basiceditor to edit the project.
You can do this by pressing Alt+F11 or by choosing Tools -->Macro --> Visual Basic Editor.
You are then prompted to enter the password with which the project waslocked.
