Diagnosis
While upgrading the 3.x workbook, the metadata for queries in theworkbook, which is stored in the hidden sheets 'SAPBEXqueries' and'SAPBEXfilters' could not be read. This was because these hiddenrepository sheets were not found in the workbook.

The workbook is not upgraded.

Procedure
This problem can occur if the workbook is corrupt and the hidden sheetscannot be retrieved as a result. In this case, try opening the workbookin the 3.x Analyzer and check whether you can refresh the workbookcorrectly. If you cannot refresh the workbook, try upgrading it again.Also check whether the worksheets were accidentally deleted, as this maybe the reason why the workbook cannot be upgraded.
