Diagnosis
When 3.x workbooks are upgraded, the old shapes associated with theDocuments and Hierarchy nodes are deleted after the queryareas in the workbook are upgraded to the corresponding design items. Anerror occurred while deleting these shapes.

System Response
Not all shapes in the workbook are deleted, but the workbook isupgraded.

Procedure
This problem can occur if the shapes in the workbook are protected, thatis, if the workbook or worksheet is protected. If the workbook orworksheet is protected, it may not be possible to delete the shapes inthe workbook and an error therefore occurs.
If the remaining elements in the workbook are upgraded correctly and youcan refresh the workbook successfully, you can try deleting all theremaining shapes manually in the worksheet and saving the workbook.
