This problem should only occur in those systems that get preliminarytransports, that were not completely translated, or that were takenfrom a system that is not a translation system.
If this error occurs in a customer system that does not have this kindof preliminary transport, then this error occurred with the delivery.Send an error message to SAP.
In the SAP internal testing and quality systems, this error can occurif systems were supplied with merges that were not translated, and theuser did not log on in the master language (usually German). In thiscase, you have to wait for the implementation of the support package,or the user has to log on in the master language.
