Diagnosis
Hierarchies have two adminstration tables (also refer to thedescription of test Check Hierarchy AdministrationInformation for One/All Characteristic(s)). An entry is missing fromthe hierarchy directory that contains all information relevant forreporting. Such errors can partly be removed by the "Check HierarchyAdministration Information" test.

Procedure
Firstly remove the error. Then execute this test again.
