SAP Message RSRV159 - Characteristic &1 uses no number range objects for SID assignment

The characteristic &V1& does not use number range object for SIDallocation. Characteristics of type NUMC with a length of up to 8 characters usethe characteristic value as an SID and therefore do not need a numberrange object.
