Diagnosis
There is an internal error in the test environment. The tests writetheir error messages to the application log (object RSRV andsub-objects DIALOG or BATCH, depending on whether the error output isgenerated in the background or online). The error occurred as a newmessage was output, but no instance of the application log wasavailable.
