Diagnosis
You want to broadcast a workbook using the distribution type Broadca
st E-mail (Bursting) , where the input variable for the workbookchanges for each receiver (option Generate Document with VariableValue). This is not technically possible if the variables for theworkbook are filled using a variant (see Workbook Precalculationtab page).

System Response
The broadcast setting is inconsistent and can neither be saved orexecuted.

Procedure
Explicitly determine the variables for the workbook (not with a variant)or choose the option Send Document Unchanged for the receiverdetermination.
