Diagnosis
During precalculation, you want to generate documents that are filtereddifferently and between which users can navigate (filter navigation). Th
e MHTML output format is not suitable for this purpose becausemost e-mail programs do not support navigation for this format.

System Response
The broadcast setting is inconsistent.

Procedure
You have the following options:

• Choose the output format HTML and select As ZIP File. Whe

n the e-mail recipients open the ZIP file, HTML pages are displayed inwhich they can navigate.

• On the Filter Navigation tab page, choose No Filter.
