Diagnosis
Sending documents in HTML format with separate MIME filesby e-mail is not useful. This type of document comprises several files(the actual HTML file and a stylesheet and possibly otherMIME files), that reference one another.These references are lost when sent by e-mail.

Change the output format or the distribution type or select thecheckbox as Zip file .
