Diagnosis
You have changed the broadcast setting.
However this setting could not be locked exclusively against changes byother users or processes on the SAP BI server. The most common reasonfor this is that a lock already exists for the setting as it is beingedited by another user or process.

System Response
You are not able to save the changed setting under the same name buthave to select a new technical name when you save.
The changed setting can still be executed as it is not necessary to savethe setting first in order to do this.

Procedure
Locks may still exist on the SAP BI server even though the setting is nolonger being edited. Notify the system administrator that these locksare to be deleted (lock object E_RSRD_SETTING, table name RSRD_SETTING).Depending on the system settings, locks are deleted automatically aftera certain amount of time.
