SAP Message RSPLS106 - Error; aggregation level &1 is not locked

Diagnosis While attempting to save aggregation level &V1& the system determinedthat the aggregation level is not locked. You cannot save or delete theaggregation level in this case. System Response The aggregation level has not been saved or deleted. Procedure This is an internal SAP error. If you cannot find a SAP Note for this error message, note the procedurethat produced the error and open a message for SAP.
