SAP Message RSPLS104 - Aggregation level &1 locked by another user; only display is possible

Diagnosis The attempt to edit aggregation level &V1& failed because aggregationlevel &V1& is currently locked by another user. System Response Aggregation level &V1& has not been changed. Procedure You can edit the aggregation level further when it is no longer locked.
