The batch manager check of the subjob showed that the subjob has not yetfinished.

System Response
The system cannot execute the repair job if subjobs are still open,irrespective of whether they have finished successfully or with errors.

Procedure
If the subjob is still running, you can wait until it finishes.
Alternatively you can end the process manually.
