SAP Message RSPC045 - Function for remote calls only possible in systems with SAPI 3.0

Diagnosis System &V1& does not have SAPI status 3.0A. You need theROPC_EVENT_RAISE function, but it is not available. Procedure Upgrade your system to SAPI BW 3.0A or BW 3.0A.
