Diagnosis
Search or indexing status is set to 'No Indexing/Search possible' intable RSODADMIN_INT.

System Response
Search cannot be performed. Contact administrator to change thesettings.

Procedure
Execute the RSODADMIN transaction.
Go to the 'Status Search/Indexing' dropdown on the Metadata Indexingtab.
Change the status.
