Diagnosis
All objects for the transport target are already locked for differentrequests. The requests are listed.

System Response
There are dependencies between these objects. If requests are releasedin the wrong order and are imported, transport errors can occur. Forexample, this can happen if an InfoCube requires a characteristics thatonly becomes available later in the target system.

Procedure
If you want to avoid transport errors, call the Transport Organizer
and merge all requests into one before releasing.
