Diagnosis
You want to schedule the installation of the selected BI Content in thebackground as job &v1&, number &v2&.

System Response
Error number &V3& occurred when the system was scheduling job &V1&,number &V2&.

Procedure
Error number 4 means that the job could not be completely stored andstarted. It is possible that the user does not have the authorizationnecessary to start the background jobs. The job is then stored with thestatus 'scheduled', but it is not started.
Error 7 means that the lock could not be set. Check the locks set in thesystem and reschedule the job.
