Diagnosis
Another user/job is currently running which is using the specified model scenarioand writing into the specified calculation period.

Procedure
Wait till such jobs have finished execution.
If no such jobs are running, use SM12 to delete any lock entry involvingthe specified model , scenario and calculation period.
