Diagnosis
Another user/job is currently running which is using the specified modeland writing into the specified calculation period. To view such jobs,use the execution log against the model in the workbench.

Procedure
Wait till such jobs have finished execution.
If no such jobs are running, use SM12 to delete any lock entry involvingthe specified model and calculation period.
