Characteristic &V1& is only compounded with characteristics, for whichthe conversion routine is to be deleted. In addition, the values fromcharacteristic &V1& are themselves all consistent.

Procedure
Characteristic &V1& does not have to be converted again, because allvalues are consistent (including those of the compoundedcharacteristics).
