Diagnosis
Many BI administration background jobs use function moduleENQUEUE_ERSICENQ to lock the staging administration at first sothat they can specify the worklist.
If this fails, the lock is repeated frequently.
After a long period of time, if this has not worked, this message isproduced.

Procedure
Check transaction SM12 to see whether locks exist forthe lock argument RSICENQ that were not deleted.
