Diagnosis
You switched off the Change and Transport Organizer (CTO) in BI.
BI development projects are not normally carried out in the productivesystem, but in one or several development or quality assurance systems,depending on the volume.
You can use the Change and Transport Organizers (CTO) totransport all recreated or changed meta objects to BI.
If you carry out your development projects in the development system,you have to transport the development to the target system.
In addition, CTO must be switched on in the development systemand the target system. The CTO then registers and documents allchanges to objects. The CTO is switched on as default.

System Response
From now on, changes to BI meta objects are no longer recorded.

Procedure
You can switch off the CTO if you only work in one productivesystem and do not want to transport, or if you want to test in thedevelopment system without transporting.

Caution
Any changes will only be recorded if the CTO is switched on. Ifyou switch off the CTO and continue making changes,inconsistencies may arise in the subsequent transport.
