Diagnosis
You are writing to the InfoCube &V1& with the APO write interface.
This InfoCube is not a transactional InfoCube or it is currently instaging mode.
If you write to such an InfoCube with the APO interface, a planningrequest is opened when you write and is then closed again after writing.There may only be one open planning request for each InfoCube. Thereforeyou cannot write parallel to such an InfoCube with the APO interface.
At the moment, there is already an open APO planning request &V2& forthis InfoCube. Probably another process is currently writing to thisInfoCube with the APO interface.

System Response
Writing is terminated. You may only open a new planning request when thecurrent request has been closed.

Procedure
Wait until the open planning request &V2& is closed.
