SAP Message RSM2054 - Info IDocs missing: real-time upload

Diagnosis
IDocs are missing. The data is loaded by real-time data acquisition.There is an error in the RDA process.
There might have been a short dump in the BI system.

Procedure

  • Check the monitor for real-time data acquisition.

  • Check the short dumps in BI.

  • Check the data in the InfoCube.

    • Troubleshooting
    If the data was correctly updated in the InfoCube, it is possible thatno Info-IDocs were generated. In this case, manually set the overallstatus of the data request to ok (green light) in the extractionmonitor on the Status tab page.
