Diagnosis
No request IDoc has been created in BI. A short dump has most probablybeen logged in BI.

Procedure
In the short dump overview in BI, search for the short dump that relatesto your data request. Pay attention to the correct date and time on theselection screen.
You access the short dump list using the wizard or from the monitordetail screen via menu path "Environment -> Short dump -> DataWarehouse".

Follow the instructions in the short dump.
