Diagnosis
Info IDocs are missing. The IDocs are created in BI with non-SAP systemsas source systems that transfer the data and metadata to BI using BAPIs.Since the IDocs are missing, there was probably a short dump in BI.

Procedure

• Check the short dumps in BI.


• Check the data in the InfoCube.

Error handling:
If the data was correctly updated to the InfoCube, it is possible thatno info IDocs were created. In this case, manually set the entire statusof the data request to "ok" (green traffic light) in the monitor on thestatus tab page.
