SAP Message RSM1634 - 'A' and 'U' entries exist in RSODSACTREQ for request &1 - termination

Diagnosis Request &V1& is contained in table RSODSACTREQ for DataStore object &V2&at status 'Operation = A' and 'Operation = U' - this is not consistent. Procedure DataStore object &V2& is inconsistent. The Request may either be atstatus 'A' for Activated or 'U' for Loaded , but not both. Find out how this happened (reproducible example that can be debugged)and create a message for SAP.
