Diagnosis
If this InfoPackage is loaded now, then no requests, which occurred inthe data targets in which the request is booked, are deleted orcancelled.
The same check was run after successfully loading the InfoPackageagain. In the meantime, some changes might have occurred for therequests in the data targets. In doing so, requests fordeleting/cancelling might have been found. However, this is in allprobability very unlikely.
