Diagnosis
Before you can upgrade to SAP BW 3.0, all requests in all ODS objectsobjects must be active.
As the table design in SAP BW 3.0 is different, the M table must beempty before you upgrade. You cannot activate requests from the old Mtable after the upgrade is complete.

Procedure
Activate the requests or delete the requests from the M table. After theupgrade you can update the requests deleted from the M table from thePSA into the ODS object again.
The storage function that replaces the M-table has considerableadvantages with regard to system performance.
