Diagnosis
In the BI system, there is no information from the source system. Noinfo IDoc was found in the BI system, not even an info IDoc with infostatus (rqstate) > 1 which at least confirms that the data selection wasstarted.
In this case, BI assumes that the extraction process is not yetfinished. The system cannot determine whether the extractor in thesource system has registered the request as a delta request.
The request is set to red in the monitor because the maximum waittime has already been exceeded. After this time, the system evaluatesthat a request is incorrect (the time-out time for yellow)

Procedure
If you are sure that the extraction process is finished and the requestreally does contain errors and should be set to red, set thisstatus manually in the monitor by using the QM action (tab pageStatus -> pushbutton Overall).
Otherwise, try to determine why neither info IDocs or data are arrivingin BI.
