Diagnosis
Some records have been removed from the Service API queue in the sourcesystem before they have been uploaded into the transactional ODS.

Procedure
The records will be missing in BW until the next upload into thestandard ODS using the transport layer. If youcannot wait until the next regular data upload for the records (e.g.during nighttime), then you can trigger the corresponding Infopackagemanually in the Administrator Workbench.
