Diagnosis
Reading the control line with key BI_FREQUENT_DATA_UPLOAD from tableRSFREQDE failed. Either the read failed on database level or the linedoes not exist already.

Procedure
This is a normal behavior, if the demon is started or scheduled thefirst time. The corresponding line will be created if it does not existyet. Check the database or try again later, if the line alreadyexists, but cannot be read. Note that if the line is regenerated, thenthe two customizing parameters for the mail maintenance are overwrittenwith the default values, i.e. they have to be reentered eventually. Youcan check these values by clicking on the corresponding pushbutton.
