SAP Message RSEC420 - Old migration data may be overwritten incompletely

Diagnosis
During the check of which users still have authorizations or profilesthat come from earlier migrations, the system determined that there aremore users than the number of those that are now to be generated.
During migration, however, the authorizations (and profiles) generatedat an earlier time by migration are deleted (or entries made previouslywere undone) before analysis authorizations are generated again.

Example:
First you migrate for users U1 and U2 and authorization object B2, andin the second step, only for users U1 and B1. The users haveauthorizations in the following constellation:
U1: Profile1 for B1 and Profil2 for B2
U2: Profile2 for B2
During the second migration attempt, all authorizations or migratedprofiles are removed that user U1 already has. During this process, themigration result for profile2 was also deleted that user U2 has as well. The system warns that the user group is incomplete (because user U2 ismissing).
You can continue and accept the inconsistency or perform the migrationfrom U1 and U2 for the two authorization objects B1 and B2 so that theinconsistency disappears.

System Response
In interactive mode, a warning and list of the missing users appears.

Procedure
When this message appears in interactive mode, you are asked how youwish to proceed (continue despite danger of recoverable inconsistencies).
Otherwise the old data is overwritten.
If you already unintentionally caused an inconsistent situation, you cancorrect it by migrating a larger group of users again, that is, add themissing users. See the example above.
