Diagnosis
One (or more users) has an authorization profile and should be migrated.
If this profile should now be used for other uses that do not appear inthe list of users that are to be migrated, the migration will beterminated.
The list of users that are then displayed specifies the missing users.
For these missing users, there can also be users that are not included,but that are affected by the migration. This depends on theinterrelationships within the profile assignment.

Procedure
Add all missing users successively until the list is complete.
