Diagnosis
The authorizations for the user that are to be generated again will bedeleted.
Only authorizations are deleted that are affected. Authorizations ofusers can also be affected that had been given authorizations that arenow part of the authorizations to be deleted.
Authorizations can also remain if these are not assigned to a user thathas authorizations that have to be generated again.
The general strategy here is to bring the content of the existingDataStore objects with the user authorization assignments described inthem into the system. The current status of the specified user is thenoverwritten. Non-explicitly generated users are not "spared" here.Instead they can be affected by implicit side effects.
