SAP Message RSD_TREX602 - Do you want to fill the BIA index for InfoCube '&1'?


A background process is started in the step "Fill the BIA Index" byreading the data from the tables of the InfoCube star schema on thedatabase and writing it in the correspnding indexes on the BIA server.
Writing data to the index on the BIA server includes the followingsteps:
  • Write the data to a temporary file of the BIA server

  • Optimize the index data

  • Commit the data

    • You can read the data from the database and write it to the BIA serverin parallel in different ways in the BI system. To do so, maintain theglobal indexing parameters in the BI Accelerator Monitor (menuBI Accelerator -> Index Information -> Change GlobalParameters) screen.
