Description
This test deletes all the data of a BIA index from main memory.
Master data indexes that are still needed by other InfoCubes are notdeleted from main memory. The data on the file server is notdeleted, that is the BIA index is still active.
This action is recommended if there is not enough main memory on the BIAserver and you have data in main memory that is not used or hardly usedor whose performance during initial execution of a query (and therelevant read from the file server into main memory) is not ofimportance.
Note that the system executes the action for all active and filled BIAindexes if no InfoCube is specified.
