Diagnosis
A load process (master or transaction data) is currently running. Forthis reason, the BIA index cannot be activated. Start the activationstep again when no competing processes (loading of master- and/ortransaction data) are running.
This lock is necessary because, at the time of activation, the tablesloaded into the BIA server (created as BIA subindex there) also
had to be updated in an additional delta table(RSDDTREXNEWSID/RSDDTREXNEWDIMID). If a loading process is alreadyrunning, this loading into the delta tables a
t runtime can no longer be taken into account. In a later BIA fillingprocess it may be that not all records from the table are transferredinto the associated index.
