Diagnosis
After InfoCube activation, the necessary changes to the BIA index areanalyzed. At least one index with a large number of records needs to beindexed again. This is not done during InfoCube activation. A backgroundprocess that performs the re-indexing is now started automatically.
The BIA index is only set to status "active" once the indexes have beenrebuilt.

Procedure
You can find the application logs under object RSDDTREX, subobjectTAGGRFILL, ext. ID HPA_FILL_.
The default value as of which re-indexing is performed in a backgroundprocess, and not automatically, is 50,000 records in one index/table.You can change this default value by executing programRSDDTREX_ADMIN_MAINTAIN with object = DIRECT_BIAADJUST, value = numberof records, INSERT = X. Note that re-indexing in dialog, that isdirectly, can be slower than in a background process.
