Diagnosis
The BIA index must be adjusted to the new metadata of the InfoCube. TheBIA index is set to status "inactive" until the adjustment or recreationhas taken place, as otherwise queries will terminate.

Procedure
If characteristics or key figures were added to the InfoCube, the indexmust be recreated. Such a change is not otherwise possible. To do so, goto the BIA index maintenance and rebuild the index.
If navigation attributes were added or deleted, this change can be madewithout deletion and recreation. However, it might be necessary to indexnew tables in the BIA server. You must execute program"RSDDTREX_INDEX_ADJUST" for the adjustment. You need the names of the In
foCubes as the parameter.
Then a comparison of the InfoCube definition with the created BIA indexis performed. Then the affected tables or their indexes are createdagain. The logs are located in the index maintenance under the logs for"initial fill".
