Diagnosis
The status of the index is unknown because a previous job terminated whi
le committing newly written data for the index. It is not clear whetheror not the new records can now be viewed. The system cannotautomatically identify whether a rollback is possible.

System Response
The index is in an inconsistent state.

Procedure
The system will try to commit the data from the previous process. If thi
s succeeds, the current process can continue. If this commit does notsucceed, the system deletes the index for this table, and then recreatesand rebuilds it. This is done automatically.
During this time, the status for all BIA indexes containing this index i
s set to "inactive"; these indexes are not available for reporting.
