Diagnosis
The index for the table does not yet exist. This can occur when an addit
ional navigation attribute was added to the InfoCube, the SID table forthis navigation attribute is not yet on the BIA server, and the BIAindex has not yet been adjusted.
The index is created and filled automatically.

Procedure
Adjust the BIA index immediately in the RSRV.
