SAP Message RSDRI_DF004 - InfoProvider &1 has subtype &2. This is not allowed

Diagnosis
An illegal InfoProvider &V1& of type &V2& is being requested by SAPBusinessObjects Data Federator.
The following InfoProvider types are normally permitted:

  • CUBE,, InfoCube (Standard und Real-time)

  • ODSO,,DataStore Object

  • IOBJ,,Master Data InfoProvider (InfoObject)

  • MPRO,,MultiProvider

  • HYBR ,,HybridProvider

  • VIRT,,VirtualProvider

    • The following InfoProviders are normally not permitted, but can beactivated by making the relevant configuration:
    • ISET,, InfoSet

      • System Response
      InfoProvider &V1& cannot be used as a table in SAP BusinessObjects DataFederator.

      Procedure
      If you want one of the InfoProviders listed above to be available too,add the technical name of type (&V2&) to the configuration: TableRSDRI_DF_CONFIG field CONFIG_ID = 'SUBTYPES' and field CONFIG_VALUEcontains the technical names of the types, separated by semicolons, forexample 'CUBE;ODSO', if only InfoCubes and DataStore objects arepermitted.
