Diagnosis
The master data, or text table for characteristic &V1& is alreadylocked by another process (master data/text upload or master datamaintenance). This has the request number &V2&.
If the request number &V2& has the prefix "MDMT_", then you are dealingwith an update process of the master data maintenance, that has beencalled up by another user. In every other case it is a data loadprocess.

System Response
The data cannot be maintained. The master data maintenance is called upin the display mode.

Procedure
Wait until the process with the request number &V2& has finished. Thencall up the master data maintenance again.
