Contact SAP support.

  • Open the access to the blades.

  • Compress the file for the daemon trace (TrexDaemon_*.trc) and attach it
    • to the message.
    • Also attached the results of the file command for the analysis file(s)
      • to the message.
      Example:
      file core.12028
      Result: core.12028: ELF 64-bit LSB core file AMD x86-64, version1 (SYSV), SVR4-style, SVR4-style, from 'TREXIndexServer'
