SAP Message RSDD_ZA325 - Snapshot does not exist in BI Accelerator

Diagnosis
You are attempting to create a snapshot. The information about thesnapshot is stored in BI. You cannot however find any information aboutthis snapshot in the SAP NetWeaver BI Accelerator. There can be variousreasons for this, for example:

  • During the attempt to generate the snapshot, there was no functioning
    • connection to the backup and recovery server of the SAP NetWeaver BIAccelerator, or the backup and recovery server was not active.
    • The backup process in the SAP NetWeaver BI Accelerator failed.

    • The snapshot was deleted from the SAP NetWeaver BI Accelerator.

      • Procedure
      Check the logs of the backup process. In some circumstances, thissnapshot can be deleted. If this situation affects more than onesnapshot, check the settings of your backup and recovery server. If youencounter problems, contact SAP Support.
